Introduction

Welcome to pakt2, an English-language online betting and live casino information platform designed for Pakistani users and accessible at https://pakt2.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pakt2 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the Platform and all content, features and services available through it.

By accessing, browsing or registering on pakt2 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

It does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani regulatory authority. Users in Pakistan and all other jurisdictions are solely responsible for determining the legality of their gambling activities under applicable local laws.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pakt2 website at https://pakt2.cam, including all pages, sub-pages, content, tools, features and services accessible through it.
• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User on the Platform.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, data, odds information, editorial articles, guides, video and other material published on the Platform.
• "Services" means the informational, entertainment and account-management features provided by pakt2 through the Platform.
• "Operator" means pakt2, the entity responsible for operating and maintaining the Platform.
• "Third-Party Operator" means any external gambling, betting or casino operator whose products or odds information may be referenced in pakt2 content.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, as required under applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gambling regulations.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion features and any other tools available to Users to manage their gambling activity.

Account Eligibility

Access to and registration on pakt2 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to your account. If the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, that higher age requirement applies. Misrepresenting your age to gain access to the Platform is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or who lack contractual capacity may not register.
• Single Account: Each User may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other gambling restriction that prohibits your access to gambling-related platforms.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate and current. pakt2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

pakt2 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend or terminate any Account at any time if eligibility conditions are found to have been misrepresented or are no longer satisfied.

Platform Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, pakt2 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational and entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not violate any law of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws governing online gambling, data protection and consumer protection.

pakt2 content — including odds guides, betting market explanations, live casino category descriptions, PSL and ICC cricket betting references, and responsible gambling resources — is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. No content on the Platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to place any specific bet or wager, nor as a guarantee of any outcome.

All balance figures, deposit thresholds and promotional amounts referenced on the Platform are expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where stated. These figures are illustrative and subject to change without notice. Actual amounts are determined by the relevant third-party operator and may differ.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pakt2. Breach of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under the minimum eligible age or located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of a third party without their explicit written consent.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, disrupt or damage the Platform, its servers, networks or databases.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers or any non-human access method to extract, copy or replicate Platform content.
• Reproducing, republishing, distributing or commercially exploiting any pakt2 Content without prior written authorisation.
• Using the Platform to transmit spam, malware, phishing content or any other harmful or unlawful material.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime in connection with your Account or any third-party operator account accessed via the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling tool, age verification measure or KYC requirement.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pakt2 staff, support agents or other Users of the Platform.

pakt2 reserves the right to report any User conduct that appears to constitute a criminal offence to the appropriate law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the User.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the pakt2 brand name, logo, design, typography, editorial content, data compilations, software, code and all other materials published on the Platform, are owned by or licensed to pakt2. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view and access Platform content for the purposes described in Section 4 above. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or transmit any pakt2 Content in any medium without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use the pakt2 name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of pakt2 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address set out in Section 15.

Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakt2 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content, odds data or third-party operator information published on the Platform.

pakt2 does not endorse, recommend or accept responsibility for any third-party operator, product, bonus or service referenced in its Content. References to payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are included as familiar contextual information for Pakistani users only and do not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership between pakt2 and those providers.

References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football leagues, UFC and other sporting events are for editorial and informational context only. pakt2 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any commercial relationship with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC), any football governing body, or any combat sports organisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakt2, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses or gambling losses of any kind, whether or not pakt2 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of goodwill.
• Damage to your device, software or data resulting from your access to the Platform.
• Any reliance you place on Content, odds information or third-party operator references published on the Platform.
• Any action taken by a third-party operator in connection with an account you hold with that operator.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part of it.

Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain categories of loss, pakt2's liability in such cases shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

Payments & Transactions

pakt2 is an informational platform and does not itself process financial transactions, accept deposits or facilitate withdrawals on behalf of Users. All deposit, withdrawal and transaction activity occurs directly between the User and the relevant third-party operator.

pakt2 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers is governed by appropriate data processing agreements and is limited to what is necessary for the provision of the Platform's Services.

Termination

pakt2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to pakt2, other Users, or third parties.
• pakt2 is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation or court order.
• pakt2 decides, in its sole discretion, to discontinue the Platform or any part of it.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pakt2 support. Upon termination or closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 7, 8 and 14 — shall continue to apply after termination.

Amendments

pakt2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, pakt2 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of any amendment. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakt2 is incorporated or registered as an operator, as notified to Users from time to time.

pakt2 operates under international licensing where applicable. The specific governing jurisdiction will be confirmed within your Account registration documentation and any applicable operator license terms.

In the event of any dispute between you and pakt2, you agree to first attempt resolution through pakt2's customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
